You are unique, a 'person first,' before your symptoms, strengths, and goals. With this, I offer a range of modalities and activities that are most effective for what you need and desire to live more authentically connected and well.
I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, but I do integrate mindfulness into everything I do and establish a non-judgemental, present focused foundation before doing deep work, because if we are not connected, how can we make positive, lasting change?
I also believe that you are the expert. Yes, I have the education, resources, and experience to guide you through your journey.. but it is exactly that, yours 🌸
