What is Wellness Coaching?

We look at all areas of your life through a lens of mindfulness and holistic wellness (mind, body and spirit), and work together to improve your overall wellness to live a happier, healthier and more authentic life that you feel proud of. We will go into and beyond every day things, like sleep, healthy relationships, boundaries, attainable movement, purpose/worth, self-care and more.

Having a coach to support you along this journey is crucial, we as human beings are simply not meant or created to undergo lifes challenges alone. This is an intentional relationship based on mutual trust to help you build lasting and meaningful lifestyle changes and personal transformation towards well-being. I am not here to tell you what to do or how to live your life, this is a non-judgmental, safe space where we explore your challenges and strengths and while I help support your journey and keep you accountable to your goals while teaching you skills along the way.

My Approach

I offer a unique approach, looking at things holistically and through a lens of mindfulness to help you be the best version of yourself and live authentically, because you deserve it. It’s time to unbox yourself from all of the expectations and limitations put on you by your family, society, and self. You are more than your roles, and you bring something unique to this world that no one else does. It’s time to reclaim your power and step into your truth. There is no time like the present. This is a safe, non-judgemental space to explore your needs and true self, identify what is holding you back, and choose to start living the life that you want for yourself. I believe in you, and I believe in the impact that comes from being supported by someone who gets it, cares deeply, and will keep you accountable to your wellness.

Honestly, there is no one size fits all approach. 1:1 Services

Discovery Call: a free, 15 minute phone or video call to connect, answer any questions you may have, and see if we are a good fit.

Assessment: a 90 minute, detailed session where we deep dive into different areas of your life, identifying your blockages, needs, and goals.

Sessions: a 60 minute session to work on your goals, whether that is talk therapy, building skills,
