The Meaning Behind our Logo

The Circle

“Enso:” Japanese for the word circle. It is drawn with a single brush stroke, symbolizing letting go and freeing the mind by allowing our body and spirit to create without modification. It also represents duality, infinity, togetherness and imperfection.

The Font:

Breathing - Written in brush stroke design, complementing our enso circle and concept of freeing the mind while allowing the spirit and body to create, flow and be without expectations.

Woodland - Another name for the forest, which I have always enjoyed and connected with. A more simple and clean font for accessibility.

MY Wellness:

‘MY’ is the first two letters of “Mindful” and “You” followed by the word ‘Wellness’. This Initialism showcases the  purpose of our business - YOU living your best, mindful life! It is all about you taking care and owning your wellness on all holistic levels.

Moon Phases:

Our logo has 3 classic moon phases - the crescent, half, and full, displaying the flowing transitions of life, while serving as a reminder that the moon and its beautiful energy is always with us. The 3 phases also symbolizes the importance of looking at all three levels of holistic wellness - mind, body, spirit to operate at your highest frequency, as well as paying tribute to the past, present and future, and how this shapes us along our life journey.

Colors: 

Blue - calm, kind, earth

White - clean, light, pure

Black - bold, simple, boundaries.
